School Policies
General Rules
Students are expected to take proper care of school property. It is for their convenience. They should not break any item of furniture and fixtures within the school.
If a student causing damage to the school property is identified, he/she will be charged with a fine.
In the event of collective damage to school property in a classroom, the entire class occupying that classroom will have to bear the cost of damages.
The school is not to be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is not advisable for students to bring valuables to the school.
Running and shouting in school premises is not allowed. While using staircases and corridors, all must keep to the left. Loitering in the lobby and office areas is strictly forbidden even during recess.
All students should observe high standards in their general get up and conduct.
In order to acquire competency in spoken English, all students must converse in English while they are in school or in the bus.
Parents are expected to go through the school calendar carefully and make a note of important dates and events, especially parent-teacher meeting, test and examinations. We expect the parents to come in large numbers and meet the concerned teacher to discuss not only the academic progress but also other areas of personality development like attitude, aptitude, confidence building etc.
Parents must register a permanent mobile phone number/ landline number with the school on which SMS and other alerts may be sent. In case of change, parents must notify the changed number in writing within 3 days.
No student of class XI or XII will be allowed to leave the school early on plea of attending private coaching classes.
Parents/ Guardians are not permitted to enter class rooms to meet their children or to seek unscheduled interviews with teachers during school hours. Prior appointment for meeting the staff must necessarily be taken through co-ordinator / Principal.
In case of emergency, parents/ guardians must meet the Principal/ co-ordinator and adopt a course of action in consultation with them.
No strangers are allowed to meet children.
Once the child has come to the school, parents and guardians are not permitted to take him/her back home during the school hours unless there is a major emergency. In such cases the permission from the Principal is mandatory. Lunch boxes and water bottles are not allowed to be sent for the students once they have entered the school premises.
Parents and guardians must know that no school teacher is allowed to take private tuitions. As such, they should not press the teachers of the school to accept private tuition work for their wards. The Principal’s helpline may be used to inform any irregularity in this regard.
Parents and guardians must immediately inform the school in case there is a change in their address and / or telephone number.
Parents are expected to encourage their children to take part in all extra curricular activities & academics in the school.
All Parents are humbly requested to help our students to inculcate good habits and values.
Last but not the least we expect parents and guardians to be cordial and polite with the staff of the school even in the most taxing situations. Parents are also requested to maintain a proper dress code at all times while entering the school premises.
Code Of Conduct
The school uniform, only in prescribed school colour, neat and clean should be worn accordingly schedule mentioned in school rules . Action will be taken students who are habitually dressed improperly.
Students on their way to home or school are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.They have to follow the transport rules and obey the incharge teachers who are in the bus.

Swimming Pool Regulations
Always follow the swimming coach’s instructions.
Walk along the sides of the pool, don’t run. In particular, children often run and are at a greater risk of slipping on the wet ground.
Don’t dive without proper supervision of an experienced swimmer or coach.
Wear only swim suit at the pool.
Don’t enter the pool being dirty. Always shower off first.
To enjoy swimming pool facilities is quite optional.
Students can go to swimming pool according to their schedule.
Swimming costume is must for swimming that students have to manage themselves. School will not provide them swimming costume.
In case of any casualty school management will not be held responsible.
Transport Rules
The school makes transport arrangements for children through its own fleet of buses on an annual contract explicitly on request from parents.
Parents are expected to co-operate with the school by ensuring that their children travelling in the buses report at their embarking points well on time.

Parents are requested to study the specified routes and opt for those which suit them best. Please remember that it is not possible to cater to individual requirements at the cost of time and distance.
Students are not allowed to travel in any other bus route except their own route. However, they can do so with permission from the respective bus in charge.
The bus drivers are authorized to stop the bus only at the designated stops. The bus will not wait for latecomers.
Any change in transport will be effective from the subsequent month of submission of request.
Application for availing transport facility should be submitted to the Administrative Officer at least 15 days prior to the beginning of the next month.
Full month Fee will be taken for availing transport in middle of the month.
Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Be seated when the bus is in motion. No student is allowed to stand on the footboard.
Follow the instructions of the teacher/in charge. He/ She has the authority to report any offence to the Principal immediately.
Library Rules
Perfect silence is to be maintained in the library.
Only one book is issued at a time for a week and on failure to return it on time, a fine of Rs. 5 per day will be charged.
Books lost, damaged or wrongly handled, have to be paid for or replaced.
Reference books cannot be taken out of the library.
Handle the books carefully and keep them back in their specified location.
School Fees Rules
Perfect silence is to be maintained in the library.
Parents are humbly requested to pay the school fees on time, we don’t think it is good to send fee reminders to our most valuable parents.
5% discount on total submission of tuition fee (not in bus fee) up to 30th April (for old students) and 31st July (for new students).

We accept cheques against school dues from the parents only in condition that it should not get dishonored. In case of getting your cheque dishonored Rs. 500/- penalty can be charged and if it is required legal action can be taken by the school administration.
Admission fee is payable once and for all, at the time of admission only.
Annual fees includes music, craft, physical facilities, utilities, activities, and examination fee and is payable in 5 installments.
In delay on payment of fees on time, a late fee @ Rs. 10 per day will be charged invariably.
Fees once paid is not refundable in any case.
The fee structure does not include fee charged for any examination or activities conducted by any external board or body.
Birthday Rules
Students up to class 8th are permitted to celebrate their birthday in civil dress.
If it is holiday on the birthday then written permission must be taken from the principal for celebrating it on the next day.
Class 9th to 12th students must be in school uniform on their birthday.
Disciplinary Actions
The disciplinary action or range of actions which may be imposed for violations of the behaviour code include (but are not limited to) the followings:
- Verbal warning or reprimand.
- Written warning or reprimand.
- Parent conference or phone call.
- After-school detention (2:30 - 4:00 p.m.).
- Suspension from athletic and other activities participation.
- Suspension from transportation.
- Suspension from school.
- Long-term or permanent suspension.
Uniform And Rules
The school uniform, only in prescribed school colour, neat and clean should be worn according the schedule mentioned in school rules. Action will be taken against students who are habitually dressed improperly.
Parents may please see that their children adhere to the school uniform strictly. Children accompanying their parents during PTM days must also come in school uniform.
Wearing of fancy shoes, jewellery, unruly hair and fancy haircuts like mushroom cut etc. streaking/highlighting of hair by fashion hair colours is not permitted. Skirt hemlines are to be knee-length.
Absence From School And Late Arrival In School
Students who fail to secure 75% of attendance to their credit, should not be allowed to take annual examination.
If a student is absent from any of term tests, it will not be possible to re-arrange for the missed examination on a subsequent date. In case of absence as a consequence of serious emergencies properly justified, an appropriate weightage in marks will be given in the final assessment.
If student is absent for more than 15 days without any information or written application his/her name will be strikeout from school.
Arriving late in school is not acceptable. Students found to have come late for more than one day in a term/semester will not be allowed to attend classes on second such occurrence and disciplinary action shall be taken against them.
